Design Team is primarily a commission-based team, meaning members will produce designs upon request; however, team members are encouraged to offer suggestions for possible designs for various programs and events. While most of the work will be posted on social media, some digital flyers may be printed and distributed on campus or around the community. Applying fundamental design techniques while incorporating requested information, this team is all about finding equilibrium between art and structure through graphic design.
The Process
- A design is requested or pitched by a team member
- Manager will post the information in the Facebook Group and assign team member (based on rotation).
- Assigned team member will fulfill the request.
- Designer posts the design in the Design Team Facebook group.
- Please post well before the due date so that there is a substantial amount of time for edits to be made.
- After the design is reviewed and edits are made, please email the design to Mr. Foran and Ms. Nuuvali.
